Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving package and must be accompanied by an authorization email.
Exchanges are welcome as long as the products have NOT been used and have all original tags, packaging and packing order slip.
Customer pays shipping cost both ways on exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for edible items (food, treats, chews, bones, etc…..)
There will be a $2.95 restocking fee for all returned merchandise.
If we make a shipping error or send you the wrong product we will cover all the charges.

Refunds
All refunds must be accompanied by an authorization email.
We do NOT offer refunds for cost of shipping unless we make an error.
Packages unclaimed, undeliverable or rejected are not reshipped until we contact you and shipping payment has been made.

Refunds will be made to the SAME credit card used for purchase.
We also offer store credit instead of a refund. We will send you a voucher code for the amount less shipping costs via email.
Gift Certificate Terms
Gift Certificates are only valid at citipetproducts.com.
Gift Certificates are not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
Gift Certificate do not have an expiration date.
Citipetproducts is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Using your Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates are available at citipetproducts.com. After you purchase a gift certificate you will receive a conformation email containing a gift certificate voucher code. Enter this code in the check out option after selecting your items. If there is a balance remaining after check out you will receive an email containing a new gift certificate voucher code for the remaining balance.
If your order exceeds the balance of your gift certificate the remainder must be paid by credit card.
Lower Advertised Price
Find a lower ADVERTISED price and we will match it...
Price MUST be advertised online, magazine, newspaper or flyer.
Customer MUST submit a photograph or copy to help@citipetproducts.com
Product(s) must be currently advertised.
Citipetproducts will send you a voucher code for the difference as credit toward your next purchase at our website.
Voucher code is only valid at citipetproducts.com.
Before the credit is given it must validated by Citipetproducts.com.
